 Our standard maintenance includes mowing, trimming (weed whacking), and blowing debris off your driveways and walkways. Please note that weed control, fertilization, and Spring/Fall cleanups are specialized services and are not included in the monthly maintenance plan. 

 Our standard service includes professional mulching (clippings are finely chopped and left on the lawn). This acts as a natural fertilizer and keeps your lawn healthy. 

 Yes! We offer a Bagging Service for an additional fee per visit. We will collect the clippings, put them in paper yard waste bags, and place them at your curbside. 

 While we don’t lock you into long-term commitments, all customers must review and sign our Service Agreement (Terms & Conditions) before the first visit. This agreement ensures we are both on the same page regarding:

• Safety: Keeping dogs inside and gates accessible.
• Liability: Protecting both the homeowner and our company.
• Payments: How and when you will be billed.
• Cancellations: How to pause or stop your service.

 It’s for your protection and ours! It officially confirms your service frequency, price, and our commitment to professional standards, insurance, and safety protocols. 

 Our plans are based on total grass area (sq. ft.). However, prices are for standard flat lots. If your property has steep hills, deep valleys, or difficult access points, the price will be adjusted to account for the extra time and equipment required. 

We offer 2 flexible ways to pay:

• Monthly Subscription: Pay month-to-month with a "Cancel Anytime" policy.
• Season Pass: Secure the best discounted rate and guaranteed scheduling for the entire season (April 1–November 1).

 We offer Weekly (4 visits/month) for a perfect look or Bi-Weekly (2 visits/month) for a more budget-friendly option and 32 Visits for Season Pass (April 1 to November 1)

 Safety and quality come first. If it rains, we will automatically reschedule for the next available day or as soon as the weather and ground conditions permit a professional cut. 

  No,Our monthly subscription and Season plans   is for regular maintenance. If the grass is overgrown (over 6 inches) during our first visit, an Initial Cleanup Fee will apply to bring the lawn back to a manageable standard. 

  No, Fall Cleanup is separate. It is a specialized service for the autumn season that involves blowing leaves from beds/corners, raking, and bagging. We offer 3 tiers based on your property size. 

 Our Fall Cleanup plan consists of two (2) scheduled visits: one in October and one in November. This ensures your property stays clear as leaves continue to fall throughout the autumn season. 

  Our Fall Cleanup includes blowing leaves out of garden beds, window wells, and corners, followed by raking and bagging.

Please note:

• Grass cutting is ONLY included if you are currently on an active Monthly Subscription or Season Pass.
• If you are a "Fall Cleanup Only" customer, this service does not include grass cutting, bush trimming, or waste removal unless specifically quoted as an extra.

  Each plan includes a specific amount of bags (based on the property size, Small 10 bags, Medium 20 bags , or Large 30 bags plan you choose). If your property exceeds the allotted number of bags due to heavy tree density, additional bags will be charged at a flat rate $2.50 per bag. ( see Above for Leafs clean up Plan)

 No, we do not haul the bags away. All bags will be placed in your designated area or at the curb for the City’s scheduled yard waste collection. This helps us keep our prices competitive for you. 

  Our tier pricing is for standard leaf accumulation. If your property has an extreme density of large trees or requires debris removal from rooftops/gutters, please let us know so we can provide a custom quote.
