   Yes, we provide delivery services across the GTA and surrounding regions. Service Area Brampton, Georgetown, Mississauga, Vaughan, North York, Toronto, and Guelph. Please reach out to us to confirm if we can deliver to your location. For areas outside our primary list, a delivery fee will be applied based on the distance to cover fuel and transport time. 

 Yes, all of our products all models are delivered fully assembled and ready for use. Unlike "big box" store kits, we build ours with professional construction techniques and heavy-duty 4x4 posts for maximum stability. 

 Please note that wood is a natural product. Minor knots, grain variations, or natural "checking" (small surface cracks) are normal characteristics of Western Red Cedar and are not considered defects. 

 Yes! As a professional general contractor and artisan, I can customize dimensions to fit your specific balcony, patio, or garden layout. If you have a specific space in mind, just let us know, and we can provide a custom quote.  

 Final Sale: All of our cedar planters are considered Final Sale once they leave our workshop. Due to the nature of natural wood products and the high cost of specialized transport, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on "change of mind."

 Absolutely. Since we use natural cedar, there are no chemicals leaching into your soil. We also offer an optional Eco-Friendly, Food-Safe oil finish that protects the wood's color while remaining 100% safe for organic gardening. 

  We offer an optional treatment with 100% Pure, Food-Safe Natural Oil. This treatment penetrates deep into the cedar fibers, protecting it from the harsh Canadian sun and preventing the wood from turning grey prematurely. Because it is non-toxic and solvent-free, it is perfectly safe for growing organic vegetables, herbs, and flowers  we recommend reapplying a protective finish every 2 to 3 years, depending on sun exposure.
